Hi, I’m Audrey Rose —
I’m here for the woman who’s ready to feel excited about her life again.

There was a time when my life looked great on paper.
As a registered nurse, I've always had a lot of ambition in my career. I had the degrees, was climbing the clinical ladder, picking up all the overtime, you name it. I had a “perfect” relationship — we were making money, buying new cars, and even shopping for our dream home together. From the outside, I looked like I was thriving.
But when I found the engagement ring meant for me, I didn’t feel excited.
I felt… a punch straight to my gut.
I sank to the bathroom floor and realized something was really wrong. I didn’t want this version of my life.
Not because I was ungrateful — but because I didn’t even recognize myself anymore.
I felt numb, disconnected, flat — like I was just performing to create the life I’d been told to want. I kept wondering:
Why can’t I just feel happy? Why do I feel like I’m watching my life instead of living it?
As an RN, I was running on long shifts, chronic stress, and a lot of caffeine. Add in perfectionism, high standards, and all the pressure, and I was completely burnt out — physically, emotionally, spiritually.
I didn’t know it yet, but my nervous system was completely dysregulated.
Mindset hacks didn’t work. Productivity tools didn’t work. Personal growth books stacked up like a second job.
I was doing everything “right”… but still feeling so wrong.
When I finally learned about nervous system regulation and somatic healing, it clicked.
I wasn’t broken — I was dysregulated. And that meant I could actually do something about it.
Bit by bit, I started to reconnect with my body. I stopped chasing healing like a checklist and started following what felt true. I said no to the relationship, moved home, and gave myself permission to reset.
I went on my own little Eat, Pray, Love journey. I attended sound baths in lavender fields, breathwork circles, tried Kundalini Yoga, full moon ceremonies, and slowly found myself on a spiritual path that helped me remember who I really was. I studied ancient texts, explored sacred traditions, and uncovered a connection to something sacred — and the sense that maybe I hadn’t been broken after all. And eventually — I felt happy again. Not because I changed who I was, but because I could finally feel like me again.
That journey led me to get certified in the tools that helped me the most.
And now, I guide other high-achieving women through the same transformation — through retreats, the Ready To Rise Podcast, free classes, and my signature membership, The RISE Sisterhood.
Because this isn’t just my story — it’s the quiet story of so many successful women silently wondering:
“Why doesn’t this feel like enough?”
