Maybe you are even feeling anxious, or experiencing mood swings - like you are snapping at people, or grumpy more than usual.  You're dealing with ruminating thoughts, unable to fall asleep or stay asleep due the overwhelm.

Hi, I’m Audrey Rose — Registered Nurse, Somatic Life Coach, and the Founder of Ready To Rise. You will see in my story below, that I have been there - I have experienced the sleepless nights, the brain fog, and anxious moments. I healed my nervous system and have experienced this transformation myself. After my own journey, I went on to get certified, and now, as a Somatic Life Coach, I work with high-achieving women, who are ready to experience this same transformation. I help women who are career-driven professionals, people pleasers, "workaholics", and caregivers, to regulate their nervous system, so they can finally feel like themselves again - but without having to give up their ambition (I believe you CAN have it all).Â

About me:  I’m here for the woman who’s ready to feel excited about her life again.
Because I believe whole-heartedly that you deserve to feel lit up, alive, and actually happy in the life you’ve built.
There was a time when my life looked great on paper.
As a registered nurse, I've always had a lot of ambition in my career. I had the degrees, was climbing the clinical ladder, picking up all the overtime, you name it. I had a “perfect” relationship — we were making money, buying new cars, and even shopping for our dream home together. From the outside, I looked like I was thriving.
But when I found the engagement ring meant for me, I didn’t feel excited.
I felt… a punch straight to my gut.
I sank to the bathroom floor and realized something was really wrong. I didn’t want this version of my life, I didn’t even recognize myself anymore.
I kept wondering:
Why can’t I just feel happy? Why do I feel like I’m watching my life instead of living it?
I was completely burnt out — physically, emotionally, spiritually.
I didn’t know it yet, but my nervous system was completely dysregulated. I tried everything.Â
Mindset hacks didn’t work. Productivity tools didn’t work. Personal growth books stacked up like a second job, making me more anxious.
I was doing everything “right”… but still feeling so "off".
When I finally learned about nervous system regulation and somatic healing, it clicked.
Little by little, I started to heal the unprocessed stress stuck in my body.  I said no to the relationship, moved back near the ocean, and reset.
I went on my own little Eat, Pray, Love journey. I attended sound baths in lavender fields, breathwork circles, tried Kundalini Yoga, full moon ritual ceremonies, and slowly found myself on a spiritual path that helped me remember who I really was. I got spiritual, I leaned into the "woo", studied ancient texts, and explored ancient traditions, And eventually — I felt happier again. Not because I changed who I was, but because I could finally feel like me again.
That journey led me to spend years studying somatic healing and the nervous system. Â I eventually got certified in the tools that helped me the most.
And now, I guide other high-achieving women through the same transformation — through my global top 1.5% podcast the Ready To Rise Podcast, free trainings, oceanside retreats in California, and my signature membership, The RISE Sisterhood.
Because, there are so many successful women silently wondering:
“Why doesn’t this feel like enough?”
It doesn’t feel like it is enough because we have accumulated unprocessed stress in our bodies on this journey of external success. Now, we just have to help our body release the stuck stress it is holding on to to get back to ourselves, to our happiness.
